Beit El Adra hosts three centers: the Specialized Residences, the Permanent Home Care, and Club Myriam.
The Specialized Residences provide specialized lodging to the largest population with special needs of the Foundation.
The Permanent Home Care is a Home open 365 days a year and that welcomes on a permanent basis people with special needs. Most of the served population in the Home is fully dependent, aging, and has no other place to go to.
Club Myriam is a day care center that welcomes on a daily basis Senior citizens for social activities and medical services.
Beit El Adra also hosts the Outpatient Medical Clinics of Al-Kafaàt that offer medical and paramedical services to the neighboring community.
