The Catering School is back!
After a break imposed by the pandemic coupled with a challenging financial situation, our Catering School practical courses are back with full speed at our Catering School in Mansourieh.
There is nothing like meeting face to face online colleagues after a year spent on video learning channels, especially when the courses involve food production, bartending and mixology.
Trainees and students in the fields of pastry making and culinary arts were as overjoyed as their teachers to finally, and hopefully start a normal academic year.
While we hope for the best under the current severe and challenging conditions, we wish a successful year to our young trainees who represent the future of our dear Lebanon.
