Happiness…almost!
After a long wait, the Ministry of Social Affairs unblocked on January 10th one payment from the overdue 2019 subsides that the Ministry owes to our Foundation.
This one payment allowed our centers to resume their activities on January 13th, but only to welcome our daycare beneficiaries.
Happiness filled our centers which were silent since November 25th.
And yet our happiness will not be complete before our Foundation receives the remaining and overdue 2019 subsides from the Ministry of Social Affairs, so we may indeed welcome our boarding children.
