AL-KAFAAT REGISTERS A NEW WORLD RECORD ON THE OCCASION OF ITS 60th

Al-Kafaàt has officially set the World Guinness Record for the Largest Serving of Fattet Hummus on Saturday 25 May, on the occasion of its 60th Anniversary.

During the yearly event “You and I, we are not different” organized by the Foundation, children with special needs from Al-Kafaàt’s specialized centers, students from Notre Dame de Kafaàt, trainees from the Al-Kafaàt Catering School and Al-Kafaàt Technical Institute, and university students from the Al-Kafaàt University, staff and family of the Foundation… all gathered on the Al-Kafaàt Campus for a fun day of festivities, games, plays and activities.

The highlight of the day was the Guinness World Record Event with the setting of a new record for the Largest serving of Fattet Hummus. Hand in hand, children with special needs worked with the Catering students, under the guidance of their teachers and leadership of Chef Ramzi, director general of the Foundation, set the record of 3.4 Tons.

Together they showed indeed, that we are all, AL-KAFAAT (we are all, ABILITIES).
